This easy to use form includes integrated photo pages (WDI FX Photo Manager required) and the ability to store Arizona WDO graphs created with Windows Paint or our SmartDraw drawing program (see SmartDraw info below). In addition, the WDI FX Arizona WDIIR WDI Report includes an Addendum which allows users to document property conditions that will not fit in the standard Arizona WDO form. Information can be entered manually or by using the built in Finding and Recommendations Library which ships with over 100 standard comments and can store an unlimited number of additional comments. In addition to the Arizona WDIIR report, WDI FX also includes the Arizona Structural Fungi Inspection Report.

In order to email all Arizona WDI reports, WDI FX enables users to add the inspector’s signature and Arizona State license number automatically to each Arizona WDIIR and Fungi Report. To email an Arizona Report you simply click the “Print” button and then select “pdfFactory” as your printer (in fact, you may want to set pdfFactory as your default printer since you will no longer need to print or fax hard copies to your clients). pdfFactory enables you to view your Arizona Report as a PDF, print to another printer connected to your computer or email it to your client.
