California Wood Destroying Pests Inspection Report
WDI FX Pest Control software includes the 43M-41 California Wood Destroying Pests and Organisms Inspection Report form in the Inspection Module. The 43M-41 Report form is the official wood destroying organism report form, published by the California Structural Pest Control Board.

In addition, the WDI FX California 43M-41 WDO Report Form includes Notices, Conducive Conditions, Chemicals, and Work Authorization pages. An Addendum allows users to document property conditions that will not fit in the standard pages of the California WDO form. Findings and Recommendations can be entered manually or by using the built in Finding and Recommendations Library which ships with over 100 standard comments and can store an unlimited number of comments that can be transferred from existing Code Books. WDI FX also includes the California 43M-44 Standard Notice of Work Completed and Not Completed form.
This all inclusive package includes integrated photo pages (WDI FX Photo Manager required) and the ability to store graphs on page one after they are created with Windows Paint or our SmartDraw drawing program (see SmartDraw info below).

In order to email California WDI reports, WDI FX enables users to add the inspector’s signature and California State license number automatically to each California 43M-41 WDO Report Form. To email an California 43M-41 WDO Report Form you simply click the “Print” button and then select “pdfFactory” as your printer (in fact, you may want to set pdfFactory as your default printer since you will no longer need to print or fax hard copies to your clients). pdfFactory enables you to view your California 43M-41 WDO Report Form as a PDF, print to another printer connected to your computer or email it to your client.
