This easy to use form includes integrated photo pages (WDI FX Photo Manager required) and the ability to store optional Louisiana graphs created with Windows Paint or our SmartDraw drawing program (see SmartDraw info below). In addition, the WDI FX Maryland MD-1 WDI Report includes an Addendum which allows users to document property conditions that will not fit in the standard Maryland MD-1 WDI form. Information can be entered manually or by using the built in Finding and Recommendations Library which ships with over 100 standard comments and can store an unlimited number of additional comments.

In order to email Maryland MD-1 WDI reports, WDI FX enables users to add the inspector’s signature and Maryland State license number automatically to each MD-1 report. To email a Maryland MD-1 WDI report you simply click the “Print” button and then select “pdfFactory” as your printer (in fact, you may want to set pdfFactory as your default printer since you will no longer need to print or fax hard copies to your clients). pdfFactory enables you to view your Maryland MD-1WDI report as a PDF, print to another printer connected to your computer or email it to your client.
