WDI FX™ Pest Control Software includes Oklahoma ODAFF 1 and 2 forms in the Inspection Module. The Oklahoma ODAFF 1 form is the official wood destroying organism report form, published by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry.

This easy to use form includes integrated photo pages (WDI FX Photo Manager required) and the ability to store graphs created with Windows Paint or our SmartDraw drawing program (see SmartDraw info below). In addition, the WDI FX Inspection Module includes an Addendum for information that will not fit in the standard Oklahoma ODAFF 1 or 2 forms. Information can be entered manually into the Addendum or automatically from the built in Finding and Recommendations Library. This library ships with over 100 standard comments and can store an unlimited number of additional comments.

In order to email ODAFF reports, WDI FX enables users to add the inspector’s initials to each page as well as the full signature and Oklahoma State license number in their appropriate locations. To email an ODAFF Report you simply click the “Print” button and then select “pdfFactory” as your printer (in fact, you may want to set pdfFactory as your default printer since you will no longer need to print or fax hard copies to your clients). pdfFactory enables you to view your ODAFF Report as a PDF, print to another printer connected to your computer or email it to your client.
