WDI FX™ Pest Control Software includes the Texas T-4 Wood Destroying Insect Report in the Inspection Module. The Texas T-4 Report is the official wood destroying insect report form, published by the Texas Structural Pest Control Board.

This easy to use form includes integrated photo pages (WDI FX Photo Manager required) and the ability to store Texas WDI graphs created with Windows Paint or our SmartDraw drawing program (see SmartDraw info below). In addition, the WDI FX Texas T-4 Report includes an Addendum which allows users to document property conditions that will not fit in the standard Texas WDI form. Information can be entered manually or by using the built in Finding and Recommendations Library which ships with over 100 standard comments and can store an unlimited number of comments.

In order to email Texas WDI reports, WDI FX enables users to add the inspector’s signature and Texas State license number automatically to each Texas T-4 Report. To email a T-4 Report you simply click the “Print” button and then select “pdfFactory” as your printer (in fact, you may want to set pdfFactory as your default printer since you will no longer need to print or fax hard copies to your clients). pdfFactory enables you to view your T-4 Report as a PDF, print to another printer connected to your computer or email it to your client.
