Washington Wood Destroying Organism Inspection Report
WDI FX™ Pest Control Software includes the WSPCA Washington Wood Destroying Organism Inspection Report form in the Inspection Module. The WSPCA Report is the official wood destroying insect report form, required by the Wood Destroying Organism Inspection Reporting Criteria found in WAC 16-228-2005 through 16-228-2045. This form may also be used in conjunction with the NPMA-33 form.

This easy form includes integrated photo pages (WDI FX Photo Manager required) and the ability to store graphs created with Windows Paint or our SmartDraw drawing program (see SmartDraw info below). In addition, the WSPCA Report includes an Addendum which allows users to document property conditions that will not fit in the standard WSPCA form. Information can be entered manually or by using the built in Finding and Recommendations Library which ships with over 100 standard comments and can store an unlimited number of comments.

In order to email WSPCA reports, WDI FX enables users to add the inspector’s signature and State license number automatically to each WSPCA Report. To email a WSPCA Report you simply click the “Print” button and then select “pdfFactory” as your printer (in fact, you may want to set pdfFactory as your default printer since you will no longer need to print or fax hard copies to your clients). pdfFactory enables you to view your WSPCA Report as a PDF, print to another printer connected to your computer or email it to your client.
